INTRODUCTION
Community and Engagement is the procedure of commence working collaborative where
group of people affiliated on geographic proximity, special interest or having similar situation to
addresses for better create issues The issues are mainly enhance affects those people that enhance

effecting towards well being (Adhikari, Pell and Cheah., 2020). It is more strengthen that

In perspective of this report, the organisation is consider is “A London Service
Ambulance” that comes under National health Services company. The NHS is British based
venture that provide free rides of point for using emergency medical that essential of carrying
towards better person treatment within United Kingdom (Biddison and et. al., 2018). They
initially provides 14 National Health service that creates trust 11 ambulance separate towards
national worldwide series in Scotland respectively. The following discussion is made on the
benefits of the social program to the society, relationship with stakeholders and engagement with
the company, different areas of organization along with the skills that are required by the
employees to perform their jobs in a effective manner, social media platforms to outreach the
community and forward looking approach for employees to build the networks within or outside
the organization with proper findings and conclusion.
