INTRODUCTIONEvery company need to manage health and safety of people as well as business. It isimportant for entity to have skilled and capable individual for managing such work. Here, I amgoing to revel about my and duties as a crew trainer in McDonald's. It depicts some barriers alsowhich I have faced during performing responsibilities under this company. Further more, it alsoexplains strategies and techniques through which I have proved myself as a good trainer. For thispurpose Gibbs model has been taken to reflect the entire scenario. The main purpose for this roleplay is to understand employees of organisation and view issues related with cleanliness, healthand safety.MAIN BODYDescription (What happened)Here I am working as a crew trainer in McDonald's. I have been assigned different rolesand responsibilities in order to manager employees and staff of organisation. The responsibilitywhich I have to perform are managing staff from kitchen, front counter management, checkingdates and bin, to keep record of employees who have booked meals and the wastage and taken bythem. I should also ensure about use of yellow cone while they are mopping floor. I shouldmake sure about staff are separating vegetarian and meat tongs. I should check and keep staff oforganisation in positions so that they keep kitchen in organised way. After assessing roles andresponsibility to me. I need to force employees to follow it for maintaining environment ofkitchen to be healthy and safe. As every customer prefer to have clean and healthy food andsurrounding. It is very important for business to use proper act related to health and safety ofcustomer. I have also assigned work to provide training to staff for proper managing of kitchenand using all equipment related with health and safety for better outcome. The different responsibilities have been assigned to me which are going to be performedby me in different ways in order to get better outcome. For managing kitchen staff, I shouldprovide them training related to use of equipment and use of cap while preparing foods. In caseof front counter, I should compel receptionist to wear proper uniform, greet each and everycustomers visiting stores. Similarly, I should teach kitchen manager to check outdated and expirydate products on regular basis. The receptionist should check and verify record on employeeswho have booked their meals and proving them on timely and serving in best way. This helps in
