their relationship to strengthen their time. In case of community engagement, it would be reflect
that I should be used an rational procedure to applying society needs and wants and maintain a
personal or professional relationships with my clients and customers which is depended upon
their trust. It should be evaluate that I used many methods which are named as surveys,
questionnaire, tests and focused groups. To community engagement, various decisions should be
taken in an suitable manner with proper planning. Community engagement which is used to be
defined and work together based on such actions and communities to realize in future basis. On
assessment 1, there is an organization is Age UK is a charitable organization which focus upon
elder people in society and various community issues which can be affected to family for
breakdowns and dislocation (Cownie and Gallo, 2021). Another organization is Crowd cube is
also an charity organizations in UK, this firm can increase their money to start a small firms and
invest should be secure and give owners to get an opportunity for taking a control to raise fund
through their own friends, family and customers. Mainly, this firm can invest British investment
portfolio for new businesses and it will be authorized and regulated by financial authority.

But Age charity organizations know their community issues regarding any conflicts
principles and maintain standards which are named as deprivation, differentiation and insecurity
regarding any crime in society. They can be found the engagement of community that will be
efficiently treated with many possible solution to give support to their members in organization
and treatment of aged people or elder people in society. But, Crowd cube has increase their
