INTRODUCTION
The students that are interested in the studies will help them in increasing performance
(Di Napoli, Dolce and Arcidiacono, 2019). The reflection report of the students will help the
teachers in the assessment that are important for studies. It will increase the knowledge about the
methods that will help the students. The self reflection is the process that is helps the students in
the personal strength and weakness. The students have the behaviour that should help them in the
studies. It is the ability of the students that will help them in improving performance. The
students should focus on the factors that will help them in increasing the studies. The report
includes the nature and purpose of reflective practice with reference to two theoretical model of
reflection, recommended model, a detailed reflection of your personal experience and learning
throughout the module and the relationship between academic theories and your experience.
TASK 1
Comparison of Kolbs and Gibbs reflective cycle
Kolb's model is basically known as experiential model of learning. It mainly focuses on
experience learning which helps the students in developing the skills. Gibbs model is also known
as iterative model which focuses on learning on the basis of repetition. These model helps in the
growth of the student which also develops the confidence level in the students (Suarez‐Balcazar,
2020). Kolbs model enhances the skills of the students by providing new experiences which
helps in growth of the students. new and innovations ides helps in providing new techniques
which helps the career development of the students.
It develops the ability in the students to apply their knowledge immediately. It helps the
students to resolve the challenges of real world which helps in overall development of the
individual. Experience learning enhances the communication skills of the students which creates
a positive image of the students in front of others in today's communication is very important it
helps in increases the growth chances of the individual. This model also helps in self monitoring
of the individual which creates a leadership quality in the students experience learning helps in
making the people expertise in what they does so helps in accomplishing there task effectively in
the organisation (Wu, Fan and Zhao, 2018).
It also creates the problem solving ability in the students which motivates the individual
towards the goals which they have to achieve on the other hand Gibbs model helps the students
