Executive summary
This paper analyzes the community hospital case and presents strategic management plan for the
hospital. The United States occupies a leading position in the world in terms of health care costs,
the effectiveness of medical research, confidentiality and respect for patients, the timeliness of
care and the needs of patients. Every year hundreds of Russians come to be treated in American
clinics. In the US, there are both state-owned (about 20%) and private hospitals. In the hospital,
the patient does not need to make money immediately, as in some paid medical institutions in the
U.S. The orgnization intends to focus on the caring professionals who can be trusted as an asset
of healthcare system of the community for clinical excellence and want to improve the health
and welfare of American communities from end to end the sympathetic deliverance of value
healthcare
