The community nursing perspective is processed as with support of adequate goal and it is to
protect and preserve better health to all the needed individual along with this offering and
promoting self and better care among families and each individual. It is usually synthesis with
effectual practice that is a combination of clinical and professional nursing with support of
community and health practice. It also involves basic characteristic such as promotion of
healthy living style, prevention of health and disease issues, offer direct and adequate care,
evaluation of suitable delivery of wellness and patient care as by making healthy and comfort
choices.

It has been learned that No individual should
make fun of Ben and his parents should also
come at his school functions so that he also
participate in those activities and develop
himself.
As per the process of whole information
Ben always eats his lunch under the tree
and then goes to a seated area where
boys play soccer. . Ben on his birthday
got a soccer ball and is practising
kicking as well as throwing the ball. He
was involved into this activity whole
week.The main goal was the concern over his
well being and he was referred to
community centre.
Ben is a 13 year old boy and is much older than his classmates. It was seen that he always attended
school very early and don't have a particular group of friends. According to his situation, he
struggles during his phase of schooling and has very limited supplies of books and other necessary
things.
There were many problems that got arise.
In the lunch time boys snatched the ball
from Ben and called him a smelly retard
According to whole scenario the outcome
was that Ben well being was not good so he
was referred to community association so
that he can get developed.
When teacher saw Ben pushing all boys over
the ground because they took his ball the
teacher took action of sending him to
principals office.

information was collected. It was seen
that Ben doesn't take part in any school
functions and whenever a teacher asks
him to participate he always say no
because he is not interested
