Job stability within a non government organization are nor secure thus performance can also lead
to sacking. Here the organization can also fire individuals in case of scaling down or cost-cutting
of operations. However, in government organization jobs are very stable thus chances of getting
the sacked because of non-performance are low.
The non government organization shareholders are managed by them but in the government
organization the shareholders are not manager the company operations.
Non government organization is nor generally control by the government, whereas government
organization is generally controlled by the government .
