Review of Communities for children funded services
For providing services to general people and working for society is not an easy task as
there is requirement of having people who can work voluntarily as well as organizations that can
fund to institutions. Community for children strategy is funded mainly by the department of
social services, Australian government. With the help of funding, all institutions under this
strategy, services have been provided in around 52 communities including Australia.
The Smith family is known as facilitating partner in 9 CFC FP sites throughout
Australia. The main role of these supporting funding providers to Community for children is to
improve systematic linkage as well as facilitating programs for helping out children in education,
employment outcomes and social connections. With the help of both funding providers, CFC
influenced community direction and achieved program outcomes. It also made able in leveraging

There are several other services that are being offered by this strategy such as: childhood
mental health consultation, health assistance to families and children affected with diseases and
job assistance programs. There are some websites have been developed in order to provide

consultancy to all clients of CFC such as: Halton children in care council website. In this
consultancy, social workers and managers play an important role as they make use of supervision
for considering issues related to the voice of the child in ongoing cases. They review various
methodologies on regular basis for knowing whether children's views have been sought or not.
RECOMMENDATIONS
On the basis of above discussed data and services that CFC provides to children and
families it can be suggested that it should focus on communication modes. It is important to
communicate with such people when situations are not under control such as: Covid-19. By
developing official websites from where people can take help, it can save time and makes them
feel valued. It is also important for CFC of being sensitive to its clients' emotions and feelings.
Because of disease and lack of accommodation, people become frustrated and irritated so,
understanding their behaviour is the main key of success. Making them feel valued is important
for improving their overall quality. In addition, it can also be suggested that it should focus on
finding partners that can help out in performing functions. It works to the wide area so, it
requires skilled workers who can understand feelings of disadvantaged children and families. So.
By doing these, it can accomplish its all goals and the main vision of developing strategy
(Rodrigues and Groves, H., 2018). Validating sizing them up: a parent-proxy weight-related
quality-of-life measure, with community-based children.
