1.Company Business RequirementThe business requirement for petrochemical company is depends on business goals andconstraints. It uses the voice over IP phone services. The business requirement is used to determinethe business needs and measures the business progress. The business requirement is used to,Improve the voice over IP communicationIt provides the productivity and securityIt offers he goo customer services and support.It enhanced the business performance and business needs.The business requirements need to be determine the customer requirements and needs. Thebusiness goals and constraints are based on the business metrices and needs [1]. 2.Company Technical RequirementThe technical requirement is based on the company technical goals and constraints. Thetechnical requirements are commonly collect and analyse the business and technical goals for anorganization. It meets the organization needs and measures. It is used to deliver the highproductivity of the communication over the IP phones. The technical requirements are used toresolve the network problems by implement the existing network design. It determines the delayand response time requirement packet loss requirement, jitter requirements and bandwidthrequirements of the network. The technical requirement provides the following networkperformance for petrochemical company [2]. These are usability, manageability, availability,affordability and security of the network.3.IP phones The Proposed network design use the more than 100 IP phones to communicate the client andservers. It provides the high reliable, secure communication and consistent services to all employees.The IP phones are used to transmit the voice communication through IP network by using theInternet protocol. The cisco IP phones are used to realize the organization security, resilience andscalability. the IP phones using the VOIP system to convert the voice calls into packets of data byusing IP network. It reduces the operational costs and maintenance costs [3]. It improves theproductivity and enhancing the organization collaboration.4.Purpose of WAN Based on QoSThe Quality of Services provides the various features for WAN network. It is referring to thecapability of a network to provide the better services like frame relay, Ethernet and 802.1 networks,2
IP routed networks and asynchronous transfer mode. The goal of quality of service to provide thenetwork priority for WAN network including latency, dedicated bandwidth and controlled jitter. Itimproved the loss characteristics [4]. The QoS services is a necessary for WAN wired and wirelessnetwork infrastructure and it ensures the high voice quality. It basically has the real-time traffic anddata traffic like delay time, packet loss and voice. The quality of services manages the wireless LANbuffers and reduces the packet loss and delay variation. The Quality of services based WAN andWLAN has the three main areas such as interface queuing, traffic classification and bandwidthprovisioning. These are used to reduce the network traffics.5.Redundant Services in case WAN FailureThe WAN failure is main problem in a network. To resolve the WAN failure by using the WANlink redundancy. The WAN link redundancy is used to provide the reliable network connectivity andaccess to headquarters resources [5]. It uses redundancy technologies to connect the business unitsand vendors. It uses the active and passive configuration and inverse multiplexing and redundantrouter to resolve the WAN failure. It is major part of the VOIP services. It reduces the communicationdown time. It enhanced the VOIP connectivity.6.Network TestingTo test the proposed network by follows the below step.Click on PC.Choose the command prompt.Enter the IP address to ping the network in Command prompt or Enter the IP address in webbrowser.After view the results [6]. It provides the network connection information.It is shown in below.3
7.Data transfer ServicesData transfer services are impacted to voice services because the voice services are delivers themultimedia sessions and voice communication via IP networks. If offers the technical businessmodels that provide the legacy telephone network for an organization [7]. The voice services areused to provide the easy internal voice calling over the VOIP system. The voice services are ensuringthe data transfer services by allowing the IP networks to create a phone calls. The voice services aremore sensitive than data transmissions.8.Network DesignThe Petrochemical proposed network infrastructure is shown in below.4
The proposed network design for petrochemical company provides the reliable communicationbetween the clients and server. The current network system uses the voice services. It does notprovide the effective communication [8]. So, the organization team decided to create the newnetwork design for petrochemical company. It uses the VOIP phones to provides the voice over IPservices for clients and server. The Proposed network design provide the effective and reliablecommunication services for an organization. It also uses the cisco network components to reducethe maintenance and operational costs. It gives the high efficiency and scalability of the network.The VOIP services is used to provides the secure communication between the clients and server.
