Our proposal to ABC Company is for the development and launch of Digital
Event Manager (DEM), which would serve the urban people with various
services required at different events of homes, educational institution,
Government and Private offices and firms through on easily assemble app.
The DEM teach is committed to the initiation of the project and will
adequately staff the appropriate resources for its successful execution and
maintenance.
Our primary goal is to provide requirements for events such as, wedding,
parties (birthday, get together, farewell, anniversary, baby showers,
bachelor/bachelorette party and etc.), seminar, fair, and contest. This
requirements include decorator, caterer (food supply or cook), music system,
singer, photographer, makeup artists, transportation (car rent, delivery), and
game planner and such facilities to every hook and corner of the capital. Our
secondary goal is to develop and advertise our app as a product. Our initial
target is to circulate the app within the university student and graduates
which would curve a path to our final target market consisting the whole city
people.
Please review recommendation for the launch of professional and
progressive app. We feel that the benefits would not only help the residential
people but also small and large companies.

Executive Summary
Our business target is the residential people with a view to provide them
with event services starting from party and wedding decorator, organizer,
food supplier, cook and caterer, makeup artists, photographer, singer and
different types of labor and products starting from party decorations,
lighting, cooling systems, music system, ready food from supplier, posters,
placards, printing jobs, contest arrangements, gaming and transportation
facilities.
Our objective is to provide better quality service based on individual financial
ability as well as meeting their desired service. We will create a services
database of the labors and provide them ratings accordingly and have it
displayed to the user. Any competitor in the local market provides services in
a defined duration; say 8am to 10pm. Our plan is to beat the competitor is
by providing 24 hours services 7 days per week. Customer satisfaction is the
key.
We will have a localized call center with 24 hours availability and trained
representatives to take care of each customer individually. To make our data
base even richer service representative will be given an option to rate the
customers based on their experience. The customers however will be able to
share their experience with other users by writing small reviews of each
service representative.

Company Background
Often for Dhaka city dwellers, organizing an event and its tasks such as
hiring a decorator, booking a hall, shopping and managing the makeup
artists, tasting food items, looking for a quality photographer, fetching
posters, placards, party supplies can be a hassle. First of all, there is a
problem with safety. People don’t want to let an unknown person walk into
their houses. Second issue is the quality of the service.
No one wants to overpay–or worst case: pay twice– to fix the same thing. We
wanted to solve this problem for Dhaka dwellers by creating a single
platform for hiring service professionals and purchasing event essentials.
DEM service platform of Bangladesh is going to solve day-to-day event
organizing problems. DEM provides one stop solution for different services
like decorations, catering and food supply, photography, game plan, makeup
artists, singer and transportation, AC/generator equipment, with products
such as party supplies, posters, placards, printing jobs, contest
arrangements and many more.
All the service providers in DEM’s platform will be highly skilled and their
backgrounds will be verified by DEM’s own quality control team. With an aim
to provide convenience, DEM’s platform will be open 7 days a week and 24
hours a day.
