Executive SummaryOur business target is the residential people with a view to provide themwith event services starting from party and wedding decorator, organizer,food supplier, cook and caterer, makeup artists, photographer, singer anddifferent types of labor and products starting from party decorations,lighting, cooling systems, music system, ready food from supplier, posters,placards, printing jobs, contest arrangements, gaming and transportationfacilities. Our objective is to provide better quality service based on individual financialability as well as meeting their desired service. We will create a servicesdatabase of the labors and provide them ratings accordingly and have itdisplayed to the user. Any competitor in the local market provides services ina defined duration; say 8am to 10pm. Our plan is to beat the competitor isby providing 24 hours services 7 days per week. Customer satisfaction is thekey.We will have a localized call center with 24 hours availability and trainedrepresentatives to take care of each customer individually.
