US is the country that has dictatorship form of government. It is the type of structure in which one leader control over the party and country (Types of Governments - Advantages, Disadvantages, and Examples, 2014). In such type of system government always work to make effective control over citizens by making strict laws and policies. In such type of form one party rule over nation and other opposition are banned. In this form of government only singly party run country and takes necessary decision for the growth of nation. Advantages Positive liberty on citizen’s life is that dictatorshipformofgovernment realizesfundamentalpurposeof citizensandworktofulfiltheir objectives. As single leader is responsible to make decision thus, quick decisions are being made that help in reducing stress of citizens. Disadvantages Citizens have to follow strict laws and this form of government ignores rights of individual citizen. As power is in the hand of one person and if that person is unable to work for welfare of citizens then it can spoil overall condition of country. People have to leave under fear because theyareexpectedtofollowrules otherwise they might face punishments. No free press (What Are the Different Types of Governments,2011). 1
Form: Communist StateExample: China Discussion: It is the type of system in which state has authority to plan and control over economy. Advantages This avoids business monopolies and embodies equalities. It works equally for development of poor people. This helps in avoiding economic crises (Haskell, 2018). Disadvantages This form of government does not give financial freedom. Central state authorities have power to make decision. Form: Theocratic StateExample: Saudi Arabia and Iran Discussion: It is the form of government in which deity has supreme power and laws or norms are being interpreted through ecclesiastical authorities such as Mullahs etc (Thompson, 2015). Advantages This helps authorities in making fast decision. This is beneficial in reducing number ofcrimefromthenationthus,it improves life of citizens (House, 2015). If citizens are not happy with performance of government then they can change their decision in next election. Europe is the country where government always work for development of local population. They secure their rights and always try to provide them protection. This has given chance to citizens to grow well.US follows republic form of government that affects liberty of citizens because authorities take lengthy period to time to make any judgement. Though, strict laws are here to protect human rights. But sometimes politicians do not work for developmentofnation(LibertyandDemocracyasEconomicSystems,2014).Formof government influence in positive and negative manner to liberty of population. It is responsibility of republic and democracy government that to treat each individual equally and take decision without bias. This gives freedom to individual and gives them power to live their life with their own terms. The main agenda of government of America was to create liberal and democratic 4
government. But as federal government was having rights to make decision and this has become accountable to pressurise citizens. If economy system of the nation is providing institutional support then it can be better for the growth of citizens. This enhances capabilities of the person and gives them more power. Authorities are required to exchange property rights safely and they have to protect their rights. If individual is unable to resolve their issues then government give them power to settle disputes through regulatory authorities. CONCLUSION From the above study it can be concluded that there are many forms of government and each government authorities have different ways to work for welfare of citizens. 5
