INTRODUCTION
Human resource is the most crucial factor for an establishment that is playing diverse role
in developing reinforcing and changing organisation culture for higher development and success
of venture. Human resource management is an important unit that deals with several
complexities associated to performance management, compensation, employee motivation,
safety and wellness etc. For a HR practitioner’s recruitment and staffing playing a key function
that they can recruit and hire people for right job in the business enterprise (Khandelwal, K. and
Upadhyay, 2019). It will direct them regarding increasing possible of the individual by which
organisation can ensure higher development and profit margin. This current document considers
formative discussions form of contracts of employment and job options along with its benefits
and drawbacks for workers and employer. Along with this, the written assessment also considers
formative discussion upon diverse form of contacts of employment along with its merits and
demerits for employees and employers. Moreover, it will consider information about the way in
which companies undertake utilisation of mix contractual models as to meet and fulfil their
organisational needs.
MAIN BODY
Contract of employment is a formal agreement which consider rights, employment
condition, accountabilities and duties for both workers and managers. It is crucial for these
consisted parties to stick to the form of contract until it ends it gets modifications. It is most
essential factor which shows roles and duties of employees and administrators that is needed to
be efficiently adhering through them. It has been determined that there are majorly four diverse
kinds and sorts of contracts that are permanent full time contracts, permanent part time contracts,
zero-hours casual contracts and fixed term temporary contracts (Mukhtar and Akbar, 2019). All
these contracts are having diverse forms which are needed to be adequately included through
workers and employers. In reference to Permanent full time contracts, it has been assessed that
it is a kind and form of contract is also acknowledged as fixed term contract. This is a majorly
and key a written employment statement within there is statutory minimum level of paid leaves,
less length of rest breaks, payslips of all deduction. For example, National Insurance
involvement and many more are considered. Moreover, it has been assessed that in this, workers
are being offered with safe and secure as well as protect working environment with minimum
