2.1 Introduction
Project Name: - Manually operated Eco-friendly Road and Floor Dust Cleaning
Machine.
Location of the Project: - Hyderabad, India.
Duration of the project: - 6 months.
Organization: - Dynamic Tools Pvt Ltd (INDIA).
Position within Project: - Team Member.
2.2 Background
2.2.1 Characteristics of the Project
The project that I have undertaken has the primary objective of cleaning the roads as well
as the floors with the use of a cleaning machine without using any kind of power supply, engine
or a specific kind of fuel. Hence, this project is all about designing as well as developing a
cleaning machine that can be specifically used for the purpose of cleaning the roads as well as
the floor but without the usage of any form of power supply, engine or a fuel.
2.2.2 Objective of the Project
The main objectives of the project for which I had initially undertaken the project for
designing as well as developing an ecofriendly floor and dust cleaning machine that will not
consume power, fuel or any kind of energy saving the environment and the endangered forms of
energy and the fuels. Additional objective of the project is to make the cleaning machine user

friendly for the ease of the users to clean the floor and the roads. I had specifically undertaken
this particular project to make the roads and the floor dust free with the use of a cleaning
machine that will save energy as well as fuel and will perform the activity with efficiency at the
same time.
2.2.3 My work area
I had been assigned by the team leader with various responsibilities that I had performed
towards successfully completing the project. I had created the design for the entire layout of the
machine along with the prototype of the project. I had decided upon the fact of making the
system to be driven entirely with manpower without any consumption of any form of energy. I
had also carried out the calculation of the maximum amount of floor which the machine will
cover at one go that is supposed to be 5 feet. Lastly, I had tested the whole system to get hold of
any existing errors that might be fixed for a proper running of the system.
