INTRODUCTION
Complementary therapies are based on treatment procedures in term of medical field. It is
mainly used for medical treatments that will prescribed by professionals. The medical
professional will interact with people to provide the better facilities of treatment and improve
their quality of life. In this report, it will discuss about the processes of treatment that are widely
available complementary therapies in global marketplace. It will identify the disadvantage and
disadvantage of therapies effectively. It will describe about different factors that may influence
to access the complementary therapies in both national as well as local level. Furthermore, it will
analyse the complete reliability and validity of information sources to gather evidence through
users’ groups in terms of health care service.

1.1 Discuss about the processes of treatment through complementary therapies.

which always influence the people where they can choose the procedures of treatment purpose.
Complementary therapy is also alternative approach where many patients selecting procedure
(Brewer and et.al., 2019). It can be classified the process of complementary therapy that can be
used by medical professional in treatment purpose.
Acupuncture: it is based on traditional form of chinse medicine where some people face
the problem of breast cancer so that this technique will help to improve their health
sickness and also reduced major pain. On the other hand, it can be controlled mood
changing diseases and reduce anxiety.
Aromatherapy: this type of therapy is based on the oils that are taken from fragrant
plants, seeds and other bark which stimulate the sense of smell. It is helping for patient to
improve wellbeing and boost their immune system those who are having problem of
sleeping.
Hypnotherapy: It is also another process which useful to cope the health condition of
human with range of physical and emotional problem (Fennessy and et.al., 2019). It
continuously checks overall health issues through feeling, thinking and acting.
Herbal Therapy: This type of therapy is based on the herbal material where medical
professional will use the plants to make herbal and improve health condition of people

through chronic diseases. There are large number of drugs active plant ingredients uses
for treatment purpose while balancing the sickness and side effects.
1.2 Evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of complementary therapies.
It can be categorised the different situation or conditions, use of other treatment and highly
suggested in human treatment. Many patients have required to knowledge about the different of
treatment process and also used during emergency condition (Foroughi, Zhu and Hay, 2019). In
this way, complementary therapies are playing important role to improve lifestyle change by
treatment which boosting energy.
Advantage of Hypnotherapy
It really works very well because it directly dealing with the serious problem which
possible to sort all issues.
This type of therapy is basically design according to the need of people. it allows for
individual to improve the sickness and tiredness of people.
Disadvantage of Hypnotherapy
It is very expensive treatment and not possible for every people to use services. This type
of treatment does require the one session with experts’ hypnotists.
It is not necessary for every people to improve and boost their energy. It will not work for
human being.
Advantage of Aromatherapy
It is form of complementary therapy which used the scented oil for purpose to relieve
stress and also helping to reduce tension.
It can be very easy for people to use therapy because of fairly inexpensive.
It is mostly used the treatment of anxiety, depression, fatigue and headaches.
Disadvantage of Aromatherapy
It can be dangerous when oil uses to rub on skin that contain chemical properties.
It harmful for diabetes and high blood pressure people which are affecting on health.
1.3 Describe the different factors that influence the access of complementary therapies in both
local as well as national.
There are common factors which may influence access to complementary therapies. It can
be used for different reason through culture, finance, physical factors such as illness and
disability. It can be determined the accessibility of therapy where people choose to drive the
