This ensures that the projects require high amount of data transaction that are important for processing of the execution of the project. This ensures that better commencement of the project is dependent on the data that are gathered and analyzed. The factors that have been affecting the execution of the project includes problems that are present in the planning stage. This issue in the planning stage have been the main issue that affects the functional process of the project. Cost overruns are also considered as a major issue in the completion of the project. This essay will be discussing regarding the issues that affects the execution of the project. This essay will also discuss about the factors that act important in the completion of the project. Major Complex project risks The major risks that are present in the execution of the complex project includes stakeholders getting disengaged. Stakeholders are considered to be one of the major aspect that helps in completion of the stakeholder. The internal stakeholders are the sole reason for the processing of the business. The revenue that will be earned will be due to either efficient functioning of the stakeholders (Rezvani et al, 2016). Cost scheduling is also a major issue that is present in the processing of the business management of the complex projects. In case the cost management is not performed properly, the main issue that is present includes the fact that the management of the complex project will get inefficient. In this if this risk arises excess cost might be required for the completion of the project. Scope definition also have been a major issue that is present in few of the complex projects. In case of the improper scope definition the main issue that is faced includes the

This is one of the major reason most of the complex projects have been failing. Scope of the project also changes in a very fast rate. This is one of the major reason complex project faces issues (Luo et al, 2016). This change in scopes of the project frequently incurs the fact that the tike that will be taken for the completion of the project increases and hence the cost that is required for the completion of the project also increases. This aspect also marks the fact that the resource wastage also increases and hence this mighty lead to the processing of the management of the complexity project. In case of the complex projects the main issue that is present includes improper communication process. This communication process inefficiency will lead to the contradiction and conflicts among the stakeholders. This lack of communication will again lead to data transaction in between the internal stakeholders. This improper data transaction will again lead to improper data transaction between the internal and external stakeholders (Qureshi & Kang 2015). Hence with different internal stakeholders providing different information to the clients or the other external stakeholders will lead to increase in collision among the scheduling of the process and creation of conflicts are inevitable. Improper scheduling of projects are also a major reason for the failure of the project.
