Introduction
 The scope of this project is to create a mobile application that will
be used by the company to manage the activities of its employees,
which include work and social life connected to the business.

1. Work Together with Role Playing
Project manager
 The project manager will lead the group by deciding the course of
action which will be undertaken to create the mobile application.

Customer
 The customer will play a critical part towards the mobile app
development since the project cannot be realized the customers.
 The customers will be involved in the project plan to evaluate and
approve the project.

System Architects
 The system architect is crucial towards developing the mobile app
because they will help in defining, delivery, design and support of
the project (Flora, Wang, & Chande, 2014).

 Risk of building an app that is not needed by the target users
 Risk of selecting a wrong development partner
 Risk of security breaches
 Risk of being tied to a single platform

2. High Risks Associated with the Project
 Risk of being tied to a single platform: A single platform could
restrict the company’s future options hence if it could be difficult to
switch to another platform
 Risk of selecting an incorrect development partner

3. Risk Mitigation Strategy
 Choose the right development partner: Review previous customer
reviews, this helps to ensure that the partner being considered has
many highly verified reviews for projects similar to the present.
 Develop an application that is appropriate for all platforms.

4. Challenges faced by the Project Team
 Dissimilar devices and screen sizes compatibility: A major challenge
is to deal with dissimilar screen sizes as well as devices that that app
is required to fit (Joorabchi, Mesbah, & Kruchten, 2013).
