DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STATIC AND DYNAMIC IP ADDRESSES
The ip addresses are unique addresses that the devices connected to the internet are
assigned by the internet service providers.
i. Static ip address: The static ip address is an address that is permanent as it is assigned
by the internet service provider and remains.
ii. Dynamic ip address: The dynamic IP addresses is type of IP address that changes
every time network device reboots.

OUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER(ISP)
Our internet services providers is Atlantic Broadband.
This is one of the most prominent internet service providers
in united states ,this company provides wide range of
services which includes internet connection, TV services
and mobile phone services .
This company has various branches which includes
Pennsylvania, Miami Beach and the head office is located
in Quincy city.

HOW TO ACCESS THE INTERNET
In our company we are currently using the
dynamic ip addresses where network devices
are allocated the ip addresses dynamically by
the Atlantic Broadband company where they
will configure DHCP server and routers in our
network.

Static ip address Situation of use
The dynamic ip address is a type of ip
address that do not change even if
the network devices like routers
and computers are restarted.
The situation where the dynamic ip
address is used is when the devices
and the systems like the websites
that are used in organization
require to remember the ip
addresses ,these are like in area
where the virtual private network is
used.
To set up the static ip address the
configuration are done on the
server by the internet service
providers.
