brings the mind to be sound ready to continue with the task. Another solution is exercising on a
regular bases, and the brain will be relaxed and flexible enough to work for a long duration
without such destruction, as it will have adopted hard tasks.
Drafting is an essential step when writing any work as it is this step where one brings
the thought into a completion. This part involves the pre-writing on should emphasize more on
