Communication skills reflect the level of interaction and clarity that is perceived while
transferring or receiving the information (Sias and Shin, 2019). The strong and clear
communication aligns the sustained value and base of an organisation with eliminates silos and
employee keep get informed everything with effectiveness. The report below presents the

Task 1- Theory of communication
Communication model is a conceptual framework that reflect systematic flow of
information that assist the employee to foster suitable information and to interpret the senders
message effectively.
Sender: It is the one who transmit the basis of information or message to others i.e.
transmitter.
Message: It is an information that is transferred in between the two i.e. sender and
receiver.
Receiver: It is another individual who collects the information transmit by sender.
It is a system that is used to induce better clarity among different individuals so that
effectual information is processed and proceed within future period of instance (Lasater, 2019).
In support of communication model on time feedback also processed in between sender and
receiver as the time of misinterpretation so that sustained level of clarity is maintained in
between flow of information as with this effectual communication takes place.
There are different methods of communication used within business and it is as briefly
explained below as:
Written: In this information is processed the aim to disseminate adequate information
with concise and clarity as with support of email, report, contract etc.
Verbal: It is a method that occurs as per enhancing the engagement level with others and
have processed by making face-to-face session, telephonic, via zoom etc.
Nonverbal: It is a method in which information is processed through symbols and
postures such as facial expression, eye contact, posture etc.
