It is most significant topic in current time sue to growth in industry and companiesin competitive market. Background of studySainsbury's is the third largest chain of supermarket in the United Kingdom and it wasfounded in 1869 by John James Sainsbury's with a shop in Drury Lane, London. In 1922 itbecame largest retailers in the groceries and there are working employees about 186900. Inpresent time it will try to merge their rival ASDA to sustain at third level (Iqbal and Dad, 2013).This leads to influence on globalisation regarding to different business activities and affect aspositive & negative way. Due to follow of globalisation there is need to follow technology as pertheir requirement and required to change methods of marketing in reference to consumer. For thechanges affect as increase cost and show as negative impact to their business. Likewise, withglobalisation people can easily connected to each other and communicate about their business insingle market. It makes easy to import and exports their products & services at global level andcreate relation with other companies in effective manner. It can help to Sainsbury's to generatemore revenues and get many advantages of globalisation.
