INTRODUCTIONThe work ethic of person represents his character and qualities to achieve itsprofessional standards. It is component which defined that how a person comes to workand conduct himself on the job. To being on time is one of core qualities ofprofessionalism. Professional person is responsible to carry out his responsibilities andthey have to take action in order to resolve the issues (Andersson and Köpsén, 2015). Onthe other hand, Dual professionalism teachers and trainers in sector who are dualprofessionals and they are having depth knowledge about the subject or vocationalexpertise. With help of continuous professional development, they can able to maintainsubject specialism, skills and knowledge which helps to teach effectively and itsstrengthening both aspect of life (Carlson and Lewis, 2015). In addition to this, thepresent report is based on concept of professionalism and Dual professionalism intraining, ways which influence professional values and roles of stakeholder and externalbodies in education and training and impact of being accountable to stakeholders andexternal bodies on curriculum design. TASK 1IntroductionIn this task, research consider on special area that help to produce reflectiveaccount. As results, it includes professionalism and dual-professionalism impact oneducation and training. Values could also influence practices in the areas of specialism tomeet with effective work performances. For instance, meeting with organisationalpolicies and procedure, audit, etc. 1.1 Concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and training.Professional education is one of the most formalized approach to have specializedtraining in professional skills with help of which participants acquire knowledge andlearn the things effectively.
