CLASSROOM DYNAMICS:Classroom Dynamics is a multidimensional concept. This concept involves the characteristicsof classrooms and factors associated with the activities of the classroom (Wang & Lieberoth,2016). A classroom mainly consists of teachers, students and their purposes. The basicpurpose of every classroom is to act as a medium of learning to fulfil the learning needs ofthe students. In this assignment, several factors associated with classroom dynamics will bediscussed. 1. Classroom Demographics:English is an universal language. Many students from different join English learning classesto adopt this language. There are different kinds of professional and educational needsassociated with English learning (López, 2017). Individuals want to learn this language toaccess better grades in the exam or better job. Teachers should understand the special needsof the learners and the prepare their developmental plan accordingly. Learners may comefrom different background, but the classroom should accept them and background as well.Classroom behaviour should be controlled by the administrator or by the teachers. Teachersshould encourage the learners to enrich them with the knowledge of different socio-economicfactors of the contemporary society (Salas, 2016). Language is nothing but a way ofexpression used the society. Understanding of socio-economic conflicts enhances the learningability of the individuals. Classrooms should be flexible enough to respect and acceptethnical diversity. Classrooms should discriminate the learners on the basis of their genderand age. Every student have own struggle of life. Education is open to all. 3
