The current investigation focuses on the role of artificial intelligence in improving the quality of services offered by Four Season hotel. It explores the concept of artificial intelligence as an innovation in the hotel industry and identifies the benefits it brings to Four Season hotel. The study aims to determine the ways in which Four Season hotel can improve its service quality using innovation and the relationship between adopting artificial intelligence and improving the quality of service. The research design is quantitative, and data will be collected through a questionnaire. The sample size will be 30 employees of Four Season hotel, selected using random sampling. Ethical considerations will be followed throughout the study.
