Introduction
The whole report is focused on the innovation and development of the industry and the
company's hospitality management structure. The company needs to play various roles in various
environments with different hospitality management approaches, & these approaches will be
discussed in this report with the analysisof the potentiality&feasibility of these approaches. All
the activities that occur within an industry to run it continuously and making money are
mentioned collectively as business operations which will be discussed in this report with the
discussion of crucial operations & their impact on the approaches of innovative decision. The
explanation of hospitality management's primary functions, which is a common fundamental for
any industry, will be discussed in this report. Some critical factors such as innovation to business
strategy, performance to achieve hospitality business objectives, profitability and competitive
edge, quality control, potentiality and feasibility management effect on the managerial
perspective and how it maintains business process, will also be discussed in this report the
mentioned factors. The evaluation of the mentioned management activity, which brings several
changes in the business operations, will be analysed in this report. The strategical method and
practical method, which is valuable and critical, will be discussed here in this report. This report
will explain the ultimate system by which industrywill increase money and make its desirable
profit.

Innovation is the key fundamental in the hotel industry that can develop the industry with a good
view. Thus, it can help to bring the right promotional messages and let the customer know about
the services available at the Lansbury heritage hotelbusiness.
Concept of innovation with its importance’s and different sources of
innovation
Innovation refers to the evaluation and requisition of formulas that upgrade the process of
services in time. Innovation can bring new system and development in the business that can grow
the profit level high from the previous. Lansbury Heritage Hotel always makes sure that they
need to introduce new innovative services to the market, making them unique in the
industry. The company improves their services by launching new service in the market, such as
technology-based services. The industry has to face threats from competitors because the hotel
hospitality industry is upgrading continuously. The Lansbury heritage hotel continually scans the
market and maintains balance with the market through innovative ideas (Zopiatis and
Theocharous, 2018).
Importance of innovation-
Innovation can bring success in implementing the objectives into an action plan with
various strategies and concepts.

There are different sources of innovation which are mentioned below:
Unexpected occurrences: The market of hospitality management changes with time, so that the
company has to collect information constantly to manage and also search for opportunities. The
demand for the service or product can be greater or lesser than the expectation of the company.
Lansbury Heritage Hotel always tries to convert success into an opportunity by studying the
market.
The Incongruity:This is a tricky policy or way by which the company can develop wildly
successful in the business. This function helps the company realise the present responsibilities
that they are following and what should be future responsibilities that they should focus on.

function.
Process need:Process need refers to the weak zone and strong zone of the company, and it also
prefers the corrections of weak spots. This is an eternal task process of the industry which refers
the business to upgrade the systems with their capabilities by innovative ideas. Lansbury
Heritage Hotel maintains this process by finding weak points of the services and others and
eliminating innovation and development.
Demographics:Demographic functions refers to allocating demographic information with
marketing items such as segmentation and selecting a target market by which a company can
grab the market. This method is related to the generation as the generation is upgrading. A
company needs to think about them because the present and future generation should be the

of making new things when it is needed. It refers to the process of making satisfying services or
goods for the customer. Lansbury Heritage Hotel mainly protects their status and get used to
conventional thinking because they always try to satisfy their customer. Dissatisfaction is a
disadvantage for the Lansbury Heritage Hotel because it damages the reputation of their
business. Thus, the company always tries to develop their reputation to maintain digital
innovation to reduce dissatisfaction factor for their benefit(Horng et al., 2018).
