INTRODUCTIONThe concept of leadership basically deals with motivating and influencing the employeesof company in order to attain the objectives and goals set. They are being described in context with the organizationalchanges in labor turnover and technology through explaining the various approaches ofleadership. It also states the importance of management operations and their impact for achievingshort-term and long-term objectives and goals of company. Moreover, The report ends with therole and responsibilities of leader and the manager in the operation functions of the company.And also evaluating the relationship among management team and leadership in context ofbusiness and its environment.
