Conduct a literature review that critically evaluates a set of the most important and critical key
distortions and risks that might emerge for both Project managers and Project Consultants to
face now in 2020 and in the future for managing their projects, programmes and their
businesses?
Introduction and context
In 2020, the business projects have become more and more complex, there are increasingly
concern about the distortions and risks that might emerge for both project manager and
consultant in the organization. An understanding the project complexity and how it might be
emerged with different critical situation because of COVID-19 pandemic. It has been reducing
the actual performance of business projects and also associated with the complexity. The
economic recession influence project planning and control, effect on the overall business result
or outcome. Identifying the different kind of concepts associated to project complexity, its main
factors but project manager or consultant supporting in the complex situation.
In recently, it has been identified the economic recession or Brexit because of COVID-
19. It is one of the example of macro-environmental dynamic or ‘distortion’ referred to this
report. Project based companies are faced the uncertainty because of key distortion i.e. political,
economic that arises in 2020. These kind of situation has been occurred in 2020 because of
pandemic which turn into Brexit as economic recession, reducing an actual level of business
growth and development (Bak and Boulocher‐Passet, 2013). On the other hand, “Brexit equals
change” for project enterprise and their ongoing, new projects. Whenever, Brexit is continuously
changing the actual demand of project business even perhaps in some cases transformation for
different project management.
The documentation will focus on the current Brexit in UK and analyse the macro-
environmental distortion. It will identify the challenges, risks in project management and face by
project consultant or manager in business environment.

Research VS experience
On the basis of development, whether it is applicable in scientific or sociological manner.
It would require some kind of relevant form in research. it may be considerable an appropriate
practices, discovery of information with the help of application, experiences and also suing
pragmatic academic approach which applicable in order to find out the specific standards
scientific method. Usually, research has been proposed into different modes such as scientific
approach to gather or collect relevant information. Another model is to involve with problem and
find suitable solution.
Research is all about finding a better solution, different companies are running their
business projects but having a face certain issue due to covid -19. Therefore, it is possible to
analysis or extract huge amount of information on the basis psychological, educational and
sociological manner (Bak and Boulocher‐Passet, 2013). Whenever, it has been established a
coordination with workforce, identify their nature, behavior. Afterwards, they can influenced
with different traditional method or technique. Idea of multiple disciplines such as practical
experience, provide with brief idea about the actual cost or price of academic respectability.
One of the most appropriate aspect in order to determine practical experience and guiding
a research is in professionals. On daily basis, it has been identified the opinion or view of project
manager and project consultant. Therefore, it is building a more complex and detailed
understanding of risk, threat in current scenario (Filippetto, Lima and Barbosa, 2021). Being a
researcher as they are participated into research development and gaining practice research
experience. Sometimes, it is has been accepted suitable method or approach for developing by
project manager.
Despite its early stage on the research, arguably the best way to focus on the project
management in future. As per consider the applicable of pure research, learning that has support
to address limitation on the basis of experience based research. Each and every companies had a
face situation of economic recession and associated with current business projects in large scales,
