INTRODUCTION
Event management is defined as process of managing and organizing special event for
those people who expect to collect precious moment with friends, family and others. This
procedure of conducted in the context of varied events that has been organized in the world and
are in demand for several reasons whether it is personal or professional. It is quite important and
beneficial for a company or event organizer to develop the best event management plan, as it
drives their attention towards consumer satisfaction whether they are belonging to communities
or business world. The current assignment will be based on Four Season, which falls under the
category of five star hotels, London, UK. The study will explain personal reflective statement
about varied forms of events that individual has experienced in their practical and education
knowledge. It will also define professional etiquette needed to be successful in the event
management sector and key strategic as well as operational problems within conference,
banqueting and overall industry. Furthermore, lastly the report will justify comprehending and
knowledge about 3 to 4 food production systems and food & beverage service methods.

I have experienced amazing time during different types of events that has been organized
in this world, for different reasons and these are;
Conferences or meetings-
This event may organize and arrange for commercial purpose, which drive the attention
of all stakeholders toward gathering at specific location, where they may make important
discussion (Xie and Wang, 2017).
Seminars-
It is one of those events that are small, and based on important discussion regarding study
materials and certain might be held in the business world.
