Event management refers to the management of various types of projects that can be at
small or large scale and also it can be either for personal reason or the corporate event. It
includes events such as conferences, weddings, festivals, rituals, concerts, formal parties, etc.
Chewton Glen is one of the best five star hotels which is situated in New Forest Hampshire in
England. It provides various types of services to its customers such as Fitness centre, Spa,
Laundry services, room services, Golf Course, etc. This report shows a personal reflective
statement about different types of event and the professional etiquettes in the event management
industry and also the issues related to this industry.

Events refers to the meeting or the gathering of the people or the business organizations
that can be on temporary basis or can be because of some purpose. There are many types of
events that I have experienced in my educational and practical knowledge. Some events are trade
fairs, exhibitions, sport events, weddings, festival events, family events, local or community
events etc. Conferences: This is type of event organized by companies to ideally take monitoring
sessions, and establish working benchmarks in competent working scale for larger
advanced working efficacy. The conference also plays keen role in developing effective
standards, leveraged towards organize for meeting corporate objectives. Conferences are
held by company, where main aim is to discuss long term financial and operative
objectives among shareholders to enhance corporate goodwill (Liboriussen, Nørreklit and
Trenca, 2021). Seminars: The seminars are educational events organized by companies to educate, train
and informatively advance scale aspects for strengthening larger scale working growth.
Seminars are event which enable to primitively shape wider structured advanced rise on
engaging people, and creating awareness competitively. Hosting of seminars enhances
scope significantly, evolve on new working targets and further generate the best trainings
