Introduction
Conflict management is being considered as the important practice, which is helps to
identify as well as handle the conflicts with efficiency as well as sensible manner (Broukhim et
al. 2019). In the workplace environment, conflict is being considered as the important concern
which makes the significant impact on decision making process (Cooper 2015). The purpose of
the study is to shed light on the critical analysis of interview discussion between Jeremy
Praxman and Russell Brand. Analyzing the conflict, the study has recommended different
methods that can be beneficial in terms of dealing with the situation.
Discussion
Purpose for conducting the interview process
Jeremy Praxman: The purpose of Jeremy is to understand the brand choice of Russell in both the
personal as well as professional perspectives. Jeremy Praxman has rudely asked Russsell Brand
regarding the political magazine editing matter. Voting is the major concern of Jeremy, which
has dragged him towards participating in the interview process. It is true that in order to deal
with the emerging issues, Jeremy Praxman has identified voting as the ultimate solution I terms
of bringing the betterment. Following the political system, Jeremy Praxman has aimed to
introduce the effective solution for societal betterment and because of this he had participated in
the interview process. Analyzing the major concern of Jeremy Praxman it has been identified
that as Russell Brand has not shown any interest towards conducting the voting system, in that
case the Jeremy Praxman is not able to accept any kind of sudden changes in the planet without
making any decision. In order to avoid the conflicting situation and finding the ultimate solution
in the particular situation, Jeremy Praxman has participated in the interview.

Russell Brand: Analyzing the interaction of Russell Brand with Jeremy Praxman, it has been
identified that in a funny note, Brand has tried to end up the discussion. The purpose of Russell is
to introduce some solution that can be beneficial for the common people. Rather than focusing
on old political paradigm, he has aimed to highlight his stand for betterment through the
interview.
Conflicting stories of the participants
Jeremy Praxman: In the discussion between Jeremy Praxman and Russell, Jeremy Praxman
asked for understanding the change initiatives, which Russell wants to introduce. Jeremy
Praxman specifically wanted to know if Brand aims to introduce any revolutionary change in
te6rms of dealing with the emerging challenge in the field. In the end of the interview, it has
been identified that analyzing the destroyable situation of the earth due to various political class,
the poor people are being exploited, which has been agreed by Jeremy Praxman. The discussion
in the interview also reflects the initiative of Brand towards bringing the changes against the
ongoing political practices. By continuing this, it can be said that due to lack of patience, brand
wants to reach at the certain point of change quickly. However, brand is not interested to
understand the consequence of the initiative in the long term. Therefore, it can be said that in the
conflicting situation, Brand is avoiding the discussion and wanted to quickly reach at the solution
point.
Russell Brand: In order to avoid the conflict, brand has tried to maintain the politeness during the
interview process. Although the interview has conducted for highlighting the debate on issues
faced by poor people and their situation due to political classes, but, here the person has not used
any kind of controversial as well as conflicting term. However, the interview indicates the
misunderstanding between Brand and Praxman, which has been created while finding the
