Slide 1: Today I would be speaking about the recent strategies adopted by the land owners as
an integral part of the decision making process through management of bushfires in the
nearby populations of New South Wales for the protection of the diminished Koala
populations in Australia.
Slide 2: For my introduction I would familiarize you all with the concept of conservation
Biology along with the involvement of the Koala Conservation Strategy.
Slide 3: In this slide I have highlighted similar research done in this field along with research
gap regarding relevant literature done in this respect.
Slide 4: The aims of the specific Koala conservations studies have been specified by me in
this slide. I would focus on the three main goals of the conservation strategies regarding
protection of Koala species.
Slide 5: I have listed all the man-made issues which has mainly resulted in the loss of habitat
for Koalas.
Slide 6: I am explaining the strategies for the promotion of Koala species conservation in this
slide. I would focus upon the marketing strategies along with the target audience, information
to the non-scientists and bridge the research gap among researchers.
Slide 7: I would explain the various factors where the environmental conservation affects the
management practices. I would point out the issues regarding habitat mapping, koala
management in the plantation forests along with management strategies for sustaining the
population densities.

assessment and its short term as well as long term goals which would be mainly aimed at
reducing the potential risks of the vulnerable populations like Koalas in Australia.

Slide 10: I would conclude by saying that the role of the land owners is important for the
