INTRODUCTION
Constitution laws are those kinds of laws which is been used by a country in order to
provide framework which makes an country develop peace and order within society.
Constitutional laws are that kind of laws which covers all aspects existing in a society.
Constitutional laws makes running of country possible. Administrative laws are those laws
which make all kinds of administrative work to be done within an organization. Such laws makes
public officers work within the criteria of law. Also these laws makes administrative process
completed in more effective manner and makes rules formed in more efficient manner. Scope of
both the laws is effective since they have tendency to impact working of country possible. These
laws cover discipline and order within society. In this file things covered is based upon
separation of power and Nuclear act.

The concept of organs of government and their separate working is been discussed
within the Doctrine of Separation of power. Under the doctrine it can be understood that there
