This project was undertaken by Ferrovial Agroman Company.This company is responsible for carrying out building, construction and industrial projects. Thisproject was about the overall construction of 20.1 km road. The Abu Baker Siddiq Road Phase 2project about constructing a main bridge of 2 km; fly over bridge of 2.2 km, underpass of 1 km,retaining wall length of 3.2 km and 200 manholes. The value of this project was USD 200million. The client of this project was ADA. CE 2.2.2 Objectives developed for the projectRoad construction is carried out for the purpose of reducing travel time, reducingaccidents and providing a route that helps in economic development. project was to execute all the major project control strategies in the civil and constructionactivities of the construction of the Abu Baker Siddiq Road Phase 2. The major activities of thisproject were project schedule controlling and reporting of details to the management. CE 2.2.3 My Area of workI was the Site Civil Engineer of the construction of the Abu Baker Siddiq Road Phase 2project from November of 2015 to present. I had to report to the Construction Manager. Beingthe Site Civil Engineer, my area of work was to supervise all the activities of the project. Myarea of work was the designing of the project or task plan with genuinely created assignmentschematics. I was mainly involved in the interpretation of the task specifications along with afew isometric drawings. I had systematically controlled the challenge of resources as well as thetotal value of the project. I had also designed several painting techniques for the project team. Ihad utilized my skills and knowledge in supervising the performance of the project work thatwas being carried out.
