Identifying the different types of construction companies in the market
Construction companies are those enterprises which mainly aims in making different
buildings, bridges, dams. These mainly helps in executing the infrastructure work with agreeing
on the requirements.
Real estate developers/ construction companies
These construction companies mainly focuses on constructing the commercial complex,
societies, business towers, office building and the flats. These are further subdivided into the
commercial and residential real estate.
General contractor companies
These are those construction contractors which mainly aims in specifying and responsible
for the day to day activities of the oversight construction sites. These mainly indulge in the
labour and management related workings in the construction site.
Industrial infrastructure companies
These are those which mainly includes building of water park, water dock, industrial park
and the commercial with residential property (Mustafa and Waheed, 2019). It mainly aims in
