INTRODUCTION
Construction management is referred as a professional services which utilised various
specialisation, project management techniques in order to develop effective and appropriate
planning, specific designs and construction of project from the beginning to the end point of
specific project. Management is important part of very project and handle its all aspects as well
as resources in order to complete it in defined manner. The main purpose of construction
management is to control all aspects such as cost as well as quality of construction, time of
delivery and resources in effective and most efficient manner so, the project is completed on
same manner that is planned. In construction project, skilled and experienced employees and
managers are required who are able to handle all public safety aspects, time and cost
management, take proper decisions regarding situation, calculate all problems and challenges as
well as formulates effective strategies to overcome them in efficient manner. In this report the
case study of golden state bridge in San Francisco has been chosen which is a suspension of
bridge that connect San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The construction of the respective
bridge is starts on January5, 1933 with the measurement of 90ft. Width and 746ft height. The
construction project is maintained by Golden Gate Bridge, highway and Transportation District
located in San Francisco, California and Marin country, United State. In this report time
management, cost and quality management and construction methods and equipments are
covered. Apart from that problems in projects and their solutions are being discussed in this
project report.

Important aspects related to the construction management
In order to complete the construction project in defined manner, managers have to
handle and manage all resources in efficient manner, develop various effective strategies in order
to achieve defined objectives with time. There are various aspects that are related to construction
management are such as managing the project on time with in defined cost and resources
(Barbudo, 2020). Apart from that quality management, health and safety, construction methods
and equipment as well as effective leadership strategies with in all level of project that help
managers to complete the respective task on time with defined quality measures. In Golden state
bridge construction project, construction managers evaluate all market trends, resources and

dead line with having all safety parameters (Brioso, Aguilar and Calderón-Hernandez, 2019).
Some of important factors that plays important role in construction management are being
discussed below:

Time management is determined as the process of organising, managing as well as
implementing various strategies in specific manner with time constraint that is required to
complete the respective work activity in project. Effective time management is help the

and objectives. In the construction project time management is very important, managers allocate

Construction organisations required professional and skilled employees that have all
competencies to fulfil all clients desired building through its quality work. These professionals
take their salary on the bases of hours that is the biggest expenditure of the construction project.
