will affect the budget of the project, thereby affecting entire working.

Lack of material- If there is insufficient material to carry on the project, it will affect the
duration of the construction project as it will result in delay.
Physical condition of site-Where the physical condition of site is not good such as
insufficient labor, raw material, machinery and equipment not working, etc. it will affect

such ad building owner or manager to ensure that no accident to occur while working on
height.
