Introduction and Project
Background
One Tree Grill is a restaurant that specialises in a large number of New
Zealand native cuisines as well as a huge variety of wine. It is based in
Auckland, New Zealand.
There has been exponential growth of popularity in the restaurant in the
past few years.
Listening to the customer demands, the company has decided to open a
new branch and according to the plan, the company will purchase a property
and construct a new restaurant building.

Project Scope and Anticipated
Outcomes
The project scope in this case includes the following:
Property purchase in another location in Auckland
Construction of the building on the property
Internal and external furnishing and amenities setup
Official restaurant opening

Project Stakeholders
Stakeholders will play major roles in the project.
Each stakeholder will have specific roles and responsibilities in the project.
The main stakeholders for this project will include – management board,
project head, finance chief, project supervisor, design engineer and
contractor.
