2. Monitoring and Control of Project
The processes that are mainly involved in project monitoring as well as control are
elaborated below:
Scope verification and control: The scope of the project must be verified in order to
analyze whether the deliverables are helpful in fulfilling the requirement of the project or not. If
not then the project scope is revisited again.
Schedule and cost control: By utilizing earned value management, it is quite important
to control both schedule as well as cost of the project so that the project will be completed
successfully within the estimated budget as well as time.
Performing quality control: Before the completion of the restaurant construction, it is
quite important to cross check that all the deliverables of the project are achieved or not. The
tools and techniques that are utilized for controlling quality include control chart, Pareto chart
and more.
Report performance: It is very much important to update the status of the project to the
different stakeholders so that they can work appropriately.

6. Project organization
The project organization helps in defining the infrastructure of the restaurant. This is
mainly undertaken for defining the various charts of the organization, roles as well as
responsibilities. It is identified that project organization provides number of advantages that
include team specialization, concentrated attention on project work, timely completion as well as
ability to cope with various environmental influences.

The project utilizes contracts for making agreement with other party that agrees to pay

9. Triple Constraints
The triple constraints of the project are as follows:
Schedule: The project must be completed within 368 days. Expansion of the schedule
will enhance project budget.
Scope: The project must follow the scope of the project so the expectation of the
customers can be achieved.
Cost: The project should be completed within the budget that is estimated which is
around $$258,568. The project must not exceed the budget as budget overflow can create
number of financial challenges.
