INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to application of the skills, knowledge and techniques for
activities of the project to meet the requirements of the project(Buttrick, 2020). Planning and
organizing the firms resources for moving the specific task towards the completion. Project
management basically involves the one project at a time than the ongoing activity and managing
both financial and human resources. It is often linked with the engineering projects involving the
set of complex elements which are required to be completed and assembled in a set order for
creating the working product. The project on which the report is being made is of a construction
project which is being handled by Morgan Sindall Group for developing the Spring well
Gardens in Yorkshire and North East in Leeds. This project will mention the aims and
objectives of the project and a detailed plan consisting of project overview, stakeholders
analysis, resource analysis, risk assessment and development of the network diagram and Gantt
chart for identifying the critical path. In end the research methodology for determining the
satisfaction of the stakeholder in the project.

AIMS
The main aim of this particular project is to provide a best of city living to the Leeds
peoples and help people to live in their dream home.
OBJECTIVES
To complete the project in 1.5 years time.
To provide consumers the best build quality homes.
To make luxury houses for creating a inside- outside living experience.
Project Plan
Overview
Morgan Sindall Group has commenced the work of Spring Well Gardens which is the
prestigious project in Yorkshire and North East in Leeds. It is a $31 million project comprising
of 16 storeys and 223 one, two and three bedroom apartments. The project is funded by Leeds
based developer Citylife and will create the new relationship of the building to skyline which

will increase the residential capacity in city. The project will create a inside and outside
experience of living for encouraging the inclusive communities. The project will include the
private roof terraces with the view of skyline, private courtyards, Juliette balconies with a high
specification to concierge, secure store cycle and safes spaces of parking. The project is located
at the prime location which is just 10 minutes walk from railway station of Leeds. It has access
to city centre by the canal towpath,which is just 2 minutes drive from M1, M62 and A1.
Project Methodology- In this project the management is using Agile Methodology which
is the way of managing a project by dividing it into many phases(Demaria and Sopko, 2020). It
basically involves the constant collaboration with the stakeholders and regular improvements at
each stage. Once the work is started, team cycles by the planning, execution, and evaluation
process. Regular improvement is essential for the members of the team and stakeholders of the
project. Managers can effectively manage the project which includes the regular improvement.
Company is using this methodology as it flexible, adapt to change and high consumer input
level. Here are some advantages of using agile methodology-
High product quality- Testing is a integral part of agile methodology so if management
of Morgan Sindall Group uses this methodology then consumer remain involved in
developing process and may ask for the changes which depends on the market conditions.
As agile methodology is a iterative process and self organising teams learn and grow by
the time and with constant improvement.
Better control- Agile helps the executives for having better control on the project
because of the transparency. If management of Morgan Sindall Group uses this approach
they will have more effective control on project due to the transparency, quality control
characteristics and feedback integration. Quality is ensured by the phase of
implementation of project and all the stakeholders which are included in process of daily
report of progress.
Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholder analysis is the part of stakeholder management and an essential tool for the
identification of stakeholders and requirements analysis. It is been used for identifying the
primary stakeholders, who have interest in issues related to the project(Fernandes and et., al.,
2020). Primary stakeholder are the one who get adversely affected either in a positive or negative
