Introduction
Perumal Pedavoli Architects is committed to providing exemplary construction services to its
clients by ensuring that every contract operation is engaged in there is well-prepared quality
control manual to guide various construction processes. Different variations in construction and
manufacturing and almost all engineering processes often pose serious quality, technical and
commercial implications to organizational reputation if not adequately controlled and monitored
in a standardized manner. Bottleneck completion in the construction industry to some extent

After finalizing on the documentation on the contract papers, Perumal Pedavoli Architects
Construction Company shall hold its first meeting with its employees to discuss and deliberate
on the plans and strategies that could be used in the construction process to ensure that New
South Wales institute get classroom extensions and offices as required by the institution
management. The project manager shall take charge of the meeting leading the discussion on
how best coordination of concrete preparation shall be handling for the entire process (Wu et al.,
2016). Key personnel from Perumal Pedavoli Architects, subcontractors and suppliers shall meet
thereafter to have an explicit review of the significant prospects for the project quality outcomes
