sophisticated nightmare (Raju and Daramalinggam 2019). Thus, this research aims at
establishing the integrated modern methods of constructions which prefabricated materials are
used address both the sustainable and economic issues. The integrated system must be
assimilated with the elements such as design selection, offsite construction, modular construction
