Investor requires that infrastructure roads can be flexible. Present study willdiscuss difference between residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Furthermore, it willexplain concept of sustainability in construction. It will describe key functional characteristicsand designing criteria for primary and secondary elements of building structure. Techniques usedfor the remediating the site prior to the construction commercing will be discussed in thisassignment. From the above study it can be concluded that construction technologies play significant role in the construction of the buildings. Civil engineers are required to make equilibrium between supply and distribution of the resources. This can help in minimizing errors. Cradle to Cradle model is the biometric approach in which all material which are used in the building construction are being reviewed from health and safety perspectives.
