INTRODUCTIONConstruction technology refers with the tools and engineering equipments that are usedby engineers in order to deal with designing, planning of building's construction. Complex site is separated from motorway bylarge fast flowing stream. Client wants to construct five storey building where approx 200 guestscan live easily. Investor requires that infrastructure roads can be flexible. Present study willdiscuss difference between residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Furthermore, it willexplain concept of sustainability in construction. It will describe key functional characteristicsand designing criteria for primary and secondary elements of building structure. Techniques usedfor the remediating the site prior to the construction commercing will be discussed in thisassignment. In addition, supply and distribution of range of building services will be illustratedin this report.TASK 1P1 Difference between residential, commercial and industrial buildingResidential, commercial and industrial all types of building are constructed for thedifferent purposes (Baoku and Changfu, 2014).
