Introduction:
This essay is a constructive learning plan based on the seminar that Bill could not attend and
the new models for the manufacturer service product has launched in the market.
Constructive learning plan:
According to the scenario given, Bill cannot afford to travel to the seminar but he can
consider Webinars series and online training sessions for the new-innovation of the computer
based monitoring system. He has to plan about the online training session to learn about the
new application of computer chips in the new mowers (Norman, 2016). His learning needs
for this online session is to get a computer or mobile phone and he should have good
networks so that online session is clearly visible as well as audible to him. By this way, he
can learn about the new application by just sitting back home. His terminal performance
objective is that after attaining the online session of the seminar and getting to know the
application, he can now repair the advance machines easily.
Bill has a curious mind and wants to learn about new advance technology. The self-
motivation for bill is that if he learns about the new applications of computer chips in the
machines, then when the customers owning these new-advanced mowers would be needed to
repair he can help. By doing this Bill can also increase his sales of the repair shop. The
element of affective domain depends on the motivation of the student, outlook personality
and the values and perception of the student attaining the seminar. Bill can apply the elements
of affective domain by planning, managing and by retrieving his own learning (Wilson,
2018).

Bill can apply the cognitive concept of metacognitive (Madeline, 2017) and its extension,
reflexivity, from constructive theory by learning the concept and acknowledging the concept
of the new applications from the seminar. He can apply this by monitoring his ability to
process the concept of the new technology. Bill can use assimilation and accommodation by
incorporating the lessons learned from the seminar and gets the training done by
manufacturing his small business to make sure maintenance of his clients need and meeting
their needs when they reach for help to him.
He can also apply elements or characteristics of constructive learning theory (F. Halpern &
Donaghey, 2018) by actively involving the things learned in the seminar and repair the new
applications on the mowers. He can learn quickly and thoroughly by know the process
practically rather than learning its theory.
Conclusion:
From this essay, we conclude that Bill can learn the new applications without even attaining
the seminar. He can also choose the online process of learning. Constructive learning theory
is created for Bill to help him grow his learning skills and apply those skills in his business.
