Cover Letter
It is a written document which commonly submitted along with a job application
outlining the applicant’s credentials and interest within open position. In addition to this,
cover letter is one of only two documents which sent to potential employers. Along with this,
it is important for candidate who is applying for jo to write cover letter in proper manner
because it will decide that individual will called for interview or not (Olson and Smyth,
2017). Although, some common mistakes in cover letter can sink job application. Moreover,
Cover letter always attached with CV while applying job specific job position. In this report
cover letter is written by me to apply vacant job position of HR Executive in Marriott
International.

year experience of Human resource and 4 of those have been within supervisory role. At
present I am working with Hilton Hotel as an HE executive as well as I overseas daily
basis activities of large Human Resource Department and also take on several other duties
which involve hiring, developing employee manuals and handling disciplinary procedures.
I am at extreme level organized with the ability of prioritizing as needed and think on my
feet. Along with this, my interpersonal as well as communication skills are exemplary

familiar with each and every aspect of Human Resource Executive role. Moreover, I have
