INTRODUCTION
Self-development is an important part of an individual life it will help them increasing
the skills and knowledge where they can an advantage in future career. This report is divided
in for individual tasks where the beginning of report is consisting of analysis of the skills and
development while performing a specific task (Reilly, 2019). In the middle of this report
there will be discussion on skills of an individual which are required for future performance
and how to develop these skills for getting maximum advantage. In the end of the report there
will be discussion on what are the skills and qualities are required by individual to perform
the different jobs within respected organisation. There will also discussion about the
LinkedIn profile of an individual where we can show its competitiveness among different
individuals.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Skills which are developed while performing the different project in respected business
Every project provides different opportunities to an individual for increasing its ability skills
and effectiveness while performing different task in that project. When I was performing this
project I also get to know about different skills which are developed and enhance from this
project. Some of these are mentioned below:
Time management: the first skill which I developed from performing this project is
that my time management skills. Identify the time management is important part of an
individual life where it help to set different time according to the task within the project for
performing better. I develop this is killed while performing this project as there are a number
of square I have to assign adequate time according to the task requirements for specialisation
(Close, 2016).
Team working and leadership: when I was performing this class I also go through
the teamwork and leadership skills within me as I am the captain of the team where I have to
lead all the members together for achieving the assigned goals and targets on time. You are
identified that I can lead the team in an effective manner where every individual is directly
influenced from me and my decision making ability (Eloquin, 2016).
Communication skills: while performing the project I also identify the
communication skills are important part of an individual personality. When I was performing

the project identify that there are number of opportunities where I can increase my
communication skills for communicating different team members and managing the
performance of each team member according to need (Howard, 2016).
Analytical skills: this project also provides me the opportunity to identify analytical
skills. This is because there are number of analytical measurements as well as calculation
which have to be analysed for performing the project in an appropriate manner. Please
provide me opportunity to identify analytical skills and develop them according to the task
requirement and my future development (Czerniawska, 2016).
The things which I got to know after starting the process
HR practices: while going through the professional force in the higher education
identified that HR is an important part of organisation where they have number of functions
to perform like recruitment selection placement orientation and compensation of an
individual for matching the different resources of the organisation and achieve the goals and
objectives on time.
Marketing: while pursuing the higher education I also identify that marketing is the
backbone of the organisation where it attract different customers who are the firm by
promoting the product of the organisation with the use of tools like advertisement and many
more (Ampe, Sevenants, Smets, Declercq and Van Audenhove, 2016).
Challenges in front of management: while performing the higher education course
and the project I also identify that there are a number of challenges which are management
fees while working in an organisation. The challenges are directly related to performance of
individuals as well as profitability of organisation.
So, I also identify that learning is an important part of an individual life where they
can develop different aspects of skills and abilities performing the future task and uncertainty.
This will also help in increasing the career opportunities by improving their professional
development.
Improvement in my confidence
Confidence: confidence can be defined as an inner feeling which come in an
individual after going from positive aspects of project.in this project I get number of
opportunities to identify my skills and develop them with a proper indication and instruction.
Identify different type of literature which helps me in increasing opportunities of my carrier
