Introduction
A career action plan is related to make a dynamic document which owned and manage by
the basic activities which are used to gain the skills and knowledge. It will further provide a
significant growth and manage basic activities to consult and make growth in setting career
goals, clarify the actions, and commit the participating process. This report is about to make
consultant and provide an expert advice to the clients. This further helps in managing,
developing and gain skilled for managing abilities in an effective and appropriate manners. I as a
consultant, try to provide the wide range of information to my client and solve their business
problems (Akmal, Gauld and Penno, 2021). This report further contain, skills, education,
knowledge and abilities to verify and complete the basic growth in gain confidence learning
approach and contain my action plan and developed on the basis of my business career.
Task 1
Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project?
To complete the project one some of the skills have been needed to enhanced and
developed as a good result of the project. The client requirements are fulfilled by me and
developed several skills to manage and complete the project in efficient time period (Van
Nistelrooij, 2021). Some of the skills which I have been developed are explained below:
Use of communication skills: During the completion of project, I have analysed that I
enhanced my skills through the process of communicating client and their respondents.
When I was trying to solve the problem of my client, initially I faced severe issues
related to concerning about the issues, but as the time passes I developed the way of
talking and communicate my own perspective to the others in an effective ways.
Efficient use of time: This is the skill which is helpful for managing the time and gain
efficiencies in project to accomplish the techniques. It further helps in managing
activities to project it should to make divided sectors in smaller parts that are needed to
be enhanced for managing same time efforts (Baker, 2021). To take the proper time
management activities, I pre-decide the work and accomplish the gaols before time and
gain more management skills. It will further gain the efficiencies and provide wide range
of applicabilities to developed time management skills.

Team management: During the project completion, I completed all activities with the
help of my team and in last I make them performance based appreciation. Which further
helps and gain better efficiencies to complete work and gain effective management
techniques in more effective and appropriate ways.
Writing skills: As my task is to write for my clients and provide them constructive
comments that help and attract the new students for him. This working activities enhance
my writing skills which further classify and make appropriate working ability in an
effective manners for my professional growth (Curigliano and et.al., 2021). I work hard
and improve my writing skills which help my client and their students as well.
Leadership skills: I have gain different kind of skills which are important and effective
to recruit to handle my team and required and guide to work effectively on project team
members. This helps in managing to developed leadership qualities and manage and
developed leadership skills.
What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process?
Apart from the skills gained process, I have gained different type of skills and knowledge
which I don't know at the starting of consulting my client. When I try to analysed the process of
consulting my client, I have gained different kind of information in an effective and appropriate
ways. The very specified kind of knowledge which I have gained are explained below:
1. I need to work effectively and make constructive commentary with the use of
professional work and effective communication channel. For this I needed to recruit the
more team members, to complete effective manner and require the proper knowledge in
recruitment process. I have tried to developed and knowledge to recruit the employees
process and make effective organisational process.
2. I have faced to make several problems which are related to make systematic challenges
decided and gain higher level of efficiencies (Garvey, Garvey and Stokes, 2021).
Furthermore, the company is basically familiar to manage concepts and make higher
recruitment process and learned the right way for managing recruited at right place.
3. The process of competition in managing higher education processing facilities that helps
to complete various working instituted to provide good sign and make essential process. I
have further know about the students perspective and teacher's demand to complete basic
demand in more effective manner.
