INTRODUCTION This report aims to evaluate the learning and skill development across the project. It will also reflect on the skill gap which is necessary to address. Moreover, they will be a discussion of employability in readiness which is necessary to apply for graduate-level jobs (Chaiyama, 2019). This project is based on the previous project which includes a Regent Group London. There will be a discussion with the client who is found to be an experienced marketing professional. The objective of the project is to develop the new camping for Regent in order to promote the brand for thinking into character. MAIN BODY TASK 1 Evaluation of learning and skill development across the project The project is found to be very interesting for me because the client was an experienced marketing professional and that's why she manages many domestic as well as international markets. She has a good experience in this field and also managers a number of events, PR and internal communication(Lawrence, 2019). We are required to develop a campaign for Regent college that promotes the brand for tic and also need to identify one key event of marketing. I found that the project was very interesting but that doesn't mean that it was very easy. My whole experience will discuss in different paragraphs so that it becomes easy for any person to understand my learning and skill development. The project is found to be not so easy because it required many important skills. During the project, we require to work in a group and that's why I found many difficulties but also it was the best opportunity to develop some skills and knowledge. With the help of this project, I am able to develop and enhance many important skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, collaborative skills, etc. The experience was very important for me because during that time I developed these girls and improve my academic as well as employabilityskill.Asastudentincollege,itbecomesnecessarytofocusonmy improvement areas and I successfully achieve this due to this project. Apart from all my enhancement in skills, it becomes very shocking for each and every person that there are many things which I really don't know at the start of the process. One important thing that I did not know about is that I will be working in a team and becoming a
Project leader(Pradubthong, Petsangsri and Pimdee, 2018). It was a really confusing movement because I was happy to understand my calibre from the teacher but at the same time, I felt very nervous because I was appointed as a Project leader. I was very confused because I was not able to understand how I will manage all the things related to the project. I also did not know how I will manage the diversity of the team because I already know that it create many problems for the team. In addition to this, the research on a new campaign was also new for me because I did not perform that type of work before this project. It was really very difficult for me to understand how these activities performed in the future. One thing I know is I need to do planning then only I will be able to manage all the activities which I don't know at the start of the process. It is a really very up proud moment for me because whenever I measure my confidence level then I felt that it was a really a lot of increase in my current confidence as compared to the previous one. It is very important for me to understand that confidence is one of the important elements for the success of any individual and I found that today I am able to understand this statement very effectively because I also believe in it. This belief has come only from my experience. I can see that there is a very good percentage of increase in the confidence level. I can give the example to prove this point. Formerly, I was not able to give any speech in front of the assembly and now I am participating in a debate competition which becomes an important point of evidence that how much my confidence level is improved. I found that all the experience I gained in this project will be very beneficial for me in future. The experience provided me with great learning in which I not only developed skills but I also gain knowledge which I did not know before this project. The learning also provided me with a direction that where I need to focus which means a career option. It provides me with many options for future career growth that makes me very clear about the future. Apart from this, the learning including skills I developed during this project will be very beneficial for my future career growth(Parekh, Brown and Zheng, 2021). I know that as a student it becomes necessary to develop academic as well as employability skills and because of this project I am able to use these skills in future. This will helps to improve my performance in the organisation where I will be working. Due to the development of many skills and knowledge, I found that I will have become a better competitor in front of the company. It will help me to make my own demand in the market and which results in earning of good income.
