Introduction A reflective report is defined as a report which helps in examining personal progress and experiences(Anderson, 2019). It also summaries the student's critical reflection on a subject which are generally used in the evaluation of practical projects. The report will outline the various skills which have been developed in this module. Skills like time management, problem-solving, analytical skills, and many others. The report will also demonstrate the various learning and the ways tofill the gap which can also be filed by making use of various strategies. In addition to this, a CV will also be attached to the report which is customized as per the job requirements and description (Deggs and Hernandez, 2018). Task 1 As a result of the project, what skills have you developed and enhanced? I completed a range of tasks for the assigned assignment which is related to the various skills and learnings. To adjust to changes in their routine and working environment, people must have adaptation skills(Brannon,2018). Changes in people's daily habits and work activities are tough to adjust to. These qualities, for example, assist me in adapting to changes in my daily routine as well as in my learning and working surroundings. These skills increase my value by allowing me to adjust to changes in several aspects of my life. It also enables me to keep focused on my personal development while altering and reacting to a range of rapid changes. As per the project, there are various skills which have developed in the project are explained below- Planning and Forecasting skills- It is known that forecasting skills take time to practiceandIamabletoplanbetterforanycircumstanceswiththebest understanding. Communication skills- Being a learner, it is a must to convey the message or ideas properly either in verbal or writing form. I developed this skill with the help of the project. To connect with the team members is also required to have the above- mentioned skill(Bartholomew, 2021). What have you learned since the beginning of the process that didn't know before? 75 Learning is a never-ending process of gaining information and knowledge for personal and professional development(Dickerman, 2018). Learning, for example, is seen as both vital and
lifelong because no one can ever be perfect when it comes to acquiring information and knowledge. Consideration of the learning process leads to personal and professional growth and development in the future. I have thought about the learning process throughout my life as a student to better my development and achieve my personal goals. The help of this process and approach to learning is my preferred style of learning since it allows me to absorb concepts more quickly. I have learned various skills and discovered since the start of the process that I wasn't aware of before. During my time during the learning process, I was able to develop a variety of personal and professional skills(Carroll, Shaw, and Schrader, 2019). This involves enhancing research skills, communication skills, and employability skills. Better phrases were made as a result of the analysis, based on which coordinated efforts related to an effective approach to one's profession were produced. Furthermore, several problems and issues were encountered when doing project that required learning activities in order to gain better direction soon(Fletcher and Rosa, 2018). The learning resulted in better coordination of business responsibilities and the development of effective terms, to create a productive working base in the future. My self-assurance has also improved which helped me in handling things at ease(Strong, Cannizzo and Rogers, 2020). I will apply all the learning in the future and as a result of the research, I was able to generate high-quality work by better understanding how to find appropriate learning opportunities. When working on the project, I'll keep such issues in mind and ensure that the knowledge I've obtained via my coursework is put to good use(Barr, 2019). Time management allows me to complete tasks on time, managing stress levels in all areas. This management will help me in achieving my goals more easily and efficiently. As a result, I am able to give my best to improve my grades and performance in a particular area. I will be able to accomplish more in less time if I keep my work organized. I get easily nervous when I have a long list of activities to perform and little time to do so. Time management will teach me how to handle a particular situation in my life. Collaboration is a skill I believe I must develop in both my academic and personal lives. It's all about a team's effective coordination and teamwork in completing an assigned task or assignment. Teamwork will allow me to manage my team effectively, bringing harmony in my personal relationships. I'll be able to put more effort toward reaching group goals. As we work toward similar goals and activities, this crucial talent will help me experience a sense of belonging. In addition, I will be sufficiently motivated to give it my all in completing the job or various tasks (Bitchener, 2012).
