INTRODUCTION Consultation in practice is defined as the process of how effectively the practice is being done which is concerned by consulting specialists (Atherton, Brant and et.al., 2018). Thus, the report will analyse that there are two tasks which will be explained and it will signify the explanation of how the skills are developed which will be required in the project and this will help in further knowing that how effectively and in appropriate manner the level of confidence will be improved at large scale. This will help in knowing the aspects of how learning is done for the future career effectively. The task two will consist of the action plan framed for the improvement in the skills and gaps which are to be covered for future business career effectively and appropriately. MAIN BODY TASK ONE Skills developed or enhanced as a result of the project It is very important that there is learning of some major skills so that there are aspects as to how effectively and in appropriate manner there are certain types of skills which were learned whileperformingthisproject.Theskillswhichwereenhancedandimprovedwere– communication skills, interpretation skills and analytical skills. With the help of these skills which were improved the project was undertaken and these skills helped in performing and analysing the project in a very defined and effective manner (Ornellas, Falkner and Stålbrandt, 2018).As a result of the project, I was able to create value for my work and learn and understand the value of such skills as they will be beneficial for my future career. I was also able to manage and creatively work towards completing the work for the project successfully and in effective manner. Example - These skills also enhanced my abilities to perform the project and fulfil the requirements of the project in effective and efficient manner. What is known now which was not at the start of the process It is known that there are certain skills and abilities which I was not aware of and this helped in knowing me that it is very necessary for me to identify some skills and abilities and improve them. I did not know what are the skills and abilities that are required in the project and how there are certain aspects which are concerned in addressing and completing the project 3
effectively and inappropriate manner. I was also unaware of the aspects of how the problem was to be solved within the project which was undertaken and this helped in analysing the aspects of how effectively I was able to know and identify that there are requirements of certain skills and abilities which I was lacking. Example - I also did not knew that how the project will be achieved and completed successfully as I did not plan my work and tasks which I had undertaken in the project. Extent to which the level of confidence improved My confidence improved at large scale through which I was able to analyse and identify that there are certain skills and abilities which I incur and this helped me in my project completion in successful and appropriate manner. I was able to analyse and identify that there are certain skills which are beneficial and are creating value for the concerns as to how effectively I was able to generate confidence in me and this led me to the path of achieving the goal and objectivesof the project in an appropriate manner (Prasad, Maag and et.al., 2018).My confidence improved and enhanced my project through which I was able to analyse and find the perspective of how there are concerns which are related to the project in an appropriate manner. Example - By gaining confidence I also realized that I was able to solve the problems which occurred in the project. This is how I gained confidence and this increased my level of working for my future career projects. Usage of learning for future career Learning is the process which helps in learning and understanding many things and this also helps in gaining information and knowledge like this project which was being performed. There are certain aspects which are being performed and are considerable for analysing that how the learning was being done. Learning is the major concept of how the things are analysed and are created effectively which helps in solving many problems and helps in understanding the concerns of how effectively and in appropriate manner there are positive aspects of new things which are being learned and are providing and gaining the ways of knowledge at large scale. Example - With the help of learning, I was able to understand that how the projects are being undertaken and are performed skilfully and with all the measures of performing in effective and 4

TASK TWO Identifying three skills/gaps by framing action plan There are certain skills and knowledge which is required for the future development and this is an important aspect of how these skills and knowledge are to be improved for filling the gap effectively and in appropriate manner. There are these three skills and which are important and they are to be improved in an appropriate manner (Chong, Nen and et.al., 2021).These skills are – interpersonal skills, problems solving skills, theoretical knowledge. These are some of the basic and major skills which are to be improved and they are improved with the help of framing an action plan so that there are ways and resources through which the skills and framed and are concerned in an appropriate manner. The skills which are being explained are in concern as to how effectively and in appropriate manner there is need of improvement in interpersonal skills, problems solving skills and theoretical skills. These skills are important for the future career and they are in concern as to how effectively and in appropriate manner the career in business can be developed at large scale. With the future career development and goals framed there are need of some of the skills and abilities which helps in improvising the work and properly working with the aspects of having the perceived notion of working in an effective and proper manner. The action plan is framed so that there is establishment of the future business career and there are motivated and positive concerns of how effectively the business is being carried out. With the development of these skills, there will be established career and there will be no problems which could have been faced at large scale. CONCLUSION Thus, it is concluded from the above report that there were two tasks which were being explained and they signified the explanation of how the skills are developed which were required in the project and this helped in further knowing that how effectively and in appropriate manner the level of confidence was improved at large scale.
