Executive summary Consulting in practice helps in making business working effective ion terms of achieving tasks and enhancing performance. This report includes the skills that is need to enhance the project. How I generate my confidence with the working on projects. And what are the skills that I acquired for my future development. It also includes job description and curriculum vitae for the Human Resource manager. INTRODUCTION It become very crucial for a business to consult an organisation for the effective working as consulting for the perfect organisi9ng in the work helps in improving multiple jobs. Through the process of consulting it generates the expert opinions and the recommendations that provides helptotheorganisationsandtheindividualentityincompletingtheirjob,andthese recommendations are based on their own expertise in different fields and different work process. Business consulting is the framework that makes its evolution by the customer exceptions ans with the evolving modes of technology. In order to handle business from different threats there is a need to take advice from consultants(Adesi, Owusu-Manu and Murphy, 2018). The aim of this report is tomake a reflection based on different topics as the skill developed through the application of different projects, it includes the brief discussion on the process of confidence improvement and how it effects on learning in the future. TASK Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project? There are multiple skills and qualities that I have developed as a outcome of the tasks as it consist a plan that needs to be enhanced in terms of achieving the goals and the desired objectives. The university is required to expand its business operations and in this process there is a urgent requirement of the skills that needs to be developed(Derr and DeLong, 2018). The skills are given below: Critical thinking skills- This skills is defined as the ability to develop the thinking process in more developed and wider way. I was capable to think in a critical way in order to
generate different and creative outlook in terms of strategies making and the expansion of the organisation. Effective team management skills- This is the most essential skill that need to be developed for the effective working of the organisation. The development of this skill can be happen through working in the different projects in the different time limit. The client has ordered and assign a limited time period to enhance the expansion of the university in respect to attract multiple students for different courses. What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process? In the initial process I hardly knew about the different digital technologies which proves to major support in increment of a marketing campaign. As the in process of this project I learned about the various technologies which can attract many customers. The use of the digital platforms in high capability that helps in generating new customers with that it also helps in expansion of the organisation. In this process I understands about the different programs which provides aid to the students in respect to development in their growth and helps in increment in their career(Jordan, 2020). With that I was also able to learn about the importance of the social media as a digital technology which results in more productivity and in achieving the desired goals. Level of confidence improved In this whole working scenario I was appointed as the consultant at the IGT university in terms of expanding their business. But as an individual this helps me in generating various skills and with that most importantly it builds my confidence. In the initials I was not very much confident about the project because of limited time framework but somehow I able to manage all the work and took my responsibility seriously which results in completion of the work before the deadline(Kindl, and Casais, 2019). In the time of analysation, I get to know about the mistakes that can be rectified in order to e4spant the organisation. But with all the problems I am confident that I will anyhow complete the tasks with the given resources. This helps me in building my level of confidence with that all appreciated my work. In this whole process I was happy that I completed my work and it fills me with confidence.

Use of learning in future As in the procedure I developed multiple skills that helps me in my future. Now I can confidently handles the teams and build a environment that provides growth to my team. By working in the team which helps me team building spirit. With this e have also understood how team makers important contributions in achieving goals. The contributions of the team mates are irreplaceable. The time when I am handling multiple teams, my skills helps me in accomplishing the tasks(Ooi and Richardson, 2019). This also results in making increment in my productivity. It gives me knowledge anout the importance team in order to achieving the goals effectively to run the management for long term success. In future if I will face any situation in context to my work in that situation I will use my critical thinking skill. I will analyse the cause of the problem and the examine all the available solutions in order to solve the problem. In the working of this project I analysed that I have multiple problems in my working that required an improvement in terms of increasing the productivity and my own self performance. The skills that needs an improvement are discussed below: Stressmanagementandworkpatiently-Themostimportantskillthatneedsan improvement is stress management because of this sometimes I am unable to concentrate in my work. As due the deadline that this near which makes me stressed and I am not capable of handling the pressure(Williams, 2019). This makes major impact on my working capability and results in loweringmy productivity. In such situation I easily stressed out which overall affects my work and makes me disappointed. Computer or technical skills- As of my evaluation I am lacking in this skill and needed to improve that . If am capable of handling things more technologically I can complete my tasks much more early. Based on the current situation technology helps in making work easier and faster. Because I lack in this skill, it affects on my projects as they were delayed by that. But later I realised that having this skills generates positive results in my working.
